When crocheting, the hardest thing is knowing when to stop.
Sorry - I want to rephrase that.
The second hardest thing is knowing when to stop.
The hardest thing is working out the ‘ing pattern and what the ‘ing designer had in mind (joke for Terry Pratchett fans there).
But working out when to stop is very important.
And I think the look on this kid’s face really says it all….
Exhibit A:
Hint: If you take a perfectly nifty jacket pattern ( No question there, the black edged fuschia and denim jacket part is cute! rather jockey’s silks-ish) and make it look like your child is growing yellow worms (and it reminds me of something really ‘orrible that needs antibiotics to treat...) you really deserve your child running away with a tattooed, pierced, hairy biker named Thor.

Is that cheetos or macaroni she has coming out of the jacket? if it her mother that made this for, she better not count on getting into a good nursing home when she is old.
Poor kid. she’s probably thinking, ” I hope my Mom got a lot of money for making me do this.”
Oozing is a good word for this…
Pratchett, yay! wow that sweater is hideous… i think someone got confused part way through and thought they were crocheting a pinata
Ummmm….Ole’! ???
It looks like the sleeves were glued on, with a bit too much glue, and then pressed too tightly together.
Poor girl…she’s going to be another Britney Spears just waiting to happen….Dr. Phil - here she comes!
… that poor child. What mother thinks those little “curly q” things actually look good all over a sweater?
And mega-props on the Pratchett reference!
that -ing jacket is awful….hope her mom has got her potato
