A major part of my job is to ask people why they thought doing something was a Good Idea.
Usually, I ask this as part of filling out forms. And applying bandages. And: Cervical Collars.
The disparity between Good Ideas and Bad Ideas is usually huge.
Today’s Fug is a case in point.

this definately falls under the “too much work for something fug” category. it’s nicely done, but why would you do it?

Hmm… Now fun would be to work the pendulum covers into the Crocheted Men’s Thong pattern…hmmmm.. . That would definitely keep the boys warm and toasty!

Wow… that’s a shame. They could have done a much better job on this one. Definitely not a favorite for me.

Sorry to say, I love this. It combines two of my favorite things in a delightfully kitschy combo: crochet and cuckoo clocks. Do tell, where’s it from? I hope I can get the pattern!

I don’t find it fugly as much as I find it…odd. Not something I would do, but hey. It’s kind of cute…without the weird dangly things. That’s a wee bit too much for my tastes.

I don’t think I have ever seen a crocheted clock before…
I am pretty sure I don’t want to see one again though!
